  I don't know how to describe Teksolutions as anything but a godsend. My Macbook Pro randomly crashed on me and wouldn’t come back on. As a graphic designer, this was a huge problem since I had quick deadlines on projects for clients. Being the holidays, the soonest available Genius appointment I could make at the Apple store wasn't soon enough. I found TekSolutions online through the Apple site and booked the earliest appointment I could. TekSolutions is definitely not the typical hip location you would expect from a Mac certified repair shop, but within 10 minutes of warmly being greeted by the staff, my computer problem was identified. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to get my computer up and running for me as quick as possible. They are affordable and upfront. If you ever have an issue with your Mac.. bring it here!
