  Worst Customer Service. I had a great experience with the repair rep dropping off my phone to be repaired. When I went in to pick it up days later, I received the worst service. I was ignored for the better part of 45 minutes. Then upon asking for assistance, miraculously one of the agents that wasn't gossiping with their friend or flirting with other customers, made himself available to help me. He didn't say 2 words to me, other than to tell me the cost. No eye contact. No thank you or good-bye. Never again!

  Was called on 2 different occasions during the week to tell me about their customer appreciation day that was coming up. On both calls I told them I was thinking about upgrading and wanted to know if they had deals on two specific phones. Was told both times that both phones had 200 dollars off (would be split over the 18 month leasing timeframe) if I came in on Saturday (Customer Appreciation Day). When I went in to upgrade my phone to receive that deal was told that there were no deals on both of the phones I had previously asked about. So I was mislead by phone calls from this store and wasted my time and gas for nothing. I would be very weary trusting anything anyone from this store tells you.
