- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆October 15, 2019, by Jacqueline WilliamsI have been buying Coach bags for over 30 years! I have always understood that they have a lifetime warranty on these rather expensive bags. Twice I have had a zipper break and staff has graciously given me a comparable replacement. Until today that is, I took in a wallet with a broken zipper and was told they only have a 1 year warranty and I would have to pay $75.00 to get it repaired! Then I was rudely told they “never really had a lifetime warranty” and that the lifetime of their bags is 2 years! They have lost a good customer in me!
