The staff stands up at the registers and talks to one another. Very unprofessional. I want to like this place but I never feel welcomed. My future western shopping will be at Boot barn. The staff is always so friendly when I visit and they helped me get my last 2 pairs of boots. Just want the company to know that the staff they have hired is not helping the customers or the company.
